Barnacle Bakery is a Toronto-based home bakery and sourdough school. Last summer, we served hundreds of delicious soft pretzels by contactless delivery in and around the Annex. We only use the most natural, organic, and local ingredients and never any animal products. A portion of proceeds were donated to local non-profits.
